Within the framework of a sub-assembly industrialisation projects, integrating an external partner within the supply chain requires action at three levels:

• knowing how to integrate our partners from the upstream phase onwards, at the right time, within the right perimeter and ESI frameworks (Early Supplier Involvement).
•  knowing how to build flexible, yet lasting partnerships,
•  secure and synchronise supply chains to ensure QCD delivery to the customer’s supply chain.
